Start with the docs if you want a quick answer, or send an email if you are stuck. We kept this simple on purpose so getting help feels direct.

Why this page does not use a contact form

A form only helps if it feeds a real support workflow behind the scenes. We are not there yet, and we would rather be clear than pretend otherwise.

Email is the better default for now. It is simpler, more direct, and less likely to feel like your message disappeared into a black box.

If support volume grows, we can add a form later with proper routing and useful context. Until then, sending an email is the most honest and practical option.

What to include in your email

  • - Include the tunnel URL or subdomain if the issue is specific to one session.
  • - Mention the command you ran and the local port or app you were exposing.
  • - Include the full error message when possible instead of paraphrasing it.
  • - For billing issues, send the account email tied to the subscription.

Need support because setup is blocked?

Start with the install and first-steps docs. If you are still stuck, send the exact command and error output so we can help without making you repeat yourself three times.
